Bayer SeedGrowth™ at ESA 2013 Annual Meeting:

Strong partner for the seed business

Warsaw, 15.10.13. Bayer SeedGrowth™ was strongly represented at the ESA 2013 Annual Meeting held in Warsaw from October 13-15 for two reasons: first, because the European seed market with its wide variety of crops (e.g. cereals, oilseed rape, corn, sugar beet, cotton, vegetables etc.) is an important one for Bayer; and second, because the European Seed Association (ESA) is an organisation of important influence.

Why was the ESA Annual Meeting so important for Bayer? First and foremost, it is vital to be present at such a key event to ensure a high level of visibility for our partners, to strengthen relationships with stakeholders, and to demonstrate our confidence in the sustainability of the seed treatment business. At the same time, the event in Warsaw proved an ideal platform to promote the Bayer SeedGrowth™ portfolio of products, coatings, equipment and services. And last but not least, the crop-specific sessions at the ESA Annual Meeting provided Bayer specialists with updates on the current challenges facing the seed and seed treatment business.
